Thomas Rodgers, Owner/COO
Thomas is the get-it-done guy. As Chief Operations Officer, he makes sure your projects move forward on time and according to plan. When needed, he will be the on-site trouble-shooter and quality controller to keep your projects progressing smoothly and efficiently. His hands-on expertise ensures that every aspect of your renovation meets your value add expectations.
Jim Wiginton, Chief Administrative Officer
Jim brings over 35 years experience to our team. He has served as head of internal consulting for a Fortune 50 sized company as well as CFO of another large automotive organization. Since 2012, he has founded and grown the fastest growing independent consulting firm in South Carolina, Broad Insights.
Jim provides strategic advice and accountability to ReViV as well as coordinating and directing the CPA and HR firms we have hired in support of our organization.
Christos Giagtzoglou, South Carolina Regional Manager
Since Christos began his role as SC Regional Manager six months ago, he has become a vital part of the ReViV family. His goal is to build our team and develop them to succeed at everything they do. His extensive work history in the construction industry as well as running several businesses of his own shines through in everything he does.
TJ Higgins, Vice President of Sales
TJ joins the ReViV team with over eight years of project bidding experience. His goal is to see our client’s investments brought to fruition through the ReViV value add process. TJ’s roles include overseeing sales estimates, speaking with clients about their value add needs, and meeting those needs within their budget.
Steven Lewis, Coastal Regional Project Manager
Steven owned and operated two businesses and had extensive renovation experience before joining the ReViV team. His experience in this industry added to his management skills makes him a valuable asset to our team. From start to finish, Steven makes sure your renovation projects get done quickly and professionally.
